Westin Kierland Golf Club, Scottsdale, Arizona
Since it opened in 1996, Kierland has been applauded as one the
best courses in the desert. Scott Miller's dynamic 27-hole design
challenges the golfer with changes in elevation, more than 300 bunkers,
dry desert washes, stands of desert trees, and a variety of water
hazards. For after-golf delights, the 19,000-square-foot clubhouse
features the Brittlebush Bar & Grill. In addition, the course
will soon be home to the 750-room Westin Resort at Kierland, scheduled
to open in Spring 2003.
