Dan Maples designed the 36 holes located here. The East course
is a traditional layout, cutting through a pristine forest and finishing
along the Calabash River. Generous landing areas and large greens
make this a great track at any length. The West is a links-style
design with wide fairways and large greens. Not as many trees come
into play; however, that does not necessarily lead to lower scores.

Family tounament on 7/27/2001. Best run tournament I've seen
in years. Shotgun start and no hold ups. Finished a captain's
choice tournament in under 4:30!! Greens are tough with some
cruel pin placements. Great layout.
