Man O' War, Southern Pines, North Carolina
Dan
Maples created this course from the depths of a 100-acre lake. Back-to-back
island greens, fairways that seem to float on water, and strategically
placed trees all combine for a memorable round. Most approach shots
will be to large bent-grass greens, so an accurate short game is
also a must. The club can be found off Route 501, just four miles
west of the Intracoastal Waterway.
