Walden Lake - Hills, Plant City, Florida
Located
25 minutes east of Tampa in Plant City, with easy access off I-4,
this facility features two championship courses originally designed
by Jack Nicklaus and Ron Garl. Both layouts, the Hills and the Lakes,
provide quality, affordable golf. Meadowbrook Golf Group, who also
runs ChampionsGate and many other Central Florida courses, does
an excellent job maintaining lush fairways and large, easy-to-hit
greens. Now regarded as one of the veteran popular golf complexes
in the area, Walden Lake is a quality facility in every way. Ask
about special rates after 12 noon.

SCOTT BLAIR SAYS...
Played this course in the afternoon, after the Lakes course
in the AM. Despite some rain, was not a problem with soggy fairways.
Plays a bit short - not as pretty as the Lakes course. Fairly
nice overall. |
