Located
just north of Sarasota in Bradenton off I-75, this course was designed
in 1993 by area architect Ted McAnlis. The beautifully maintained
course is one of the most challenging in the area. Nominated by
Golf Digest as one of the best new courses in the country, the course
meanders through mature stands of huge oaks and pines in a magnificent
natural surrounding. The state-of-the-art clubhouse and practice
facilities make this a desirable semi-private country club, one
that will certainly challenge all your skills and leave you with
fond memories.
Mike Furnas says:
Outstanding course. Very challenging and in great shape. Everything
you would expect from a course in Florida. Houses and condos
line most holes so there isn't much room for error. Beverage
cart girl very attentive. Guy in the pro shop was a grouch.
Highly recommend this course.
