has done it again with Solana Golf Club. The design features abounding
water, sand and grass hollow hazards that are perfectly complemented
by generous landing areas and gentle contouring of TifEagle "Ultradwarf"
greens. Players will have a memorable golf experience from the moment
they step up to the first tee to the moment they hole out on one
of the best finishing holes anywhere, the 444-yard Par-4 eighteenth.
This dogleg right finishing hole not only features its challenge
in length, but also requires a precise tee shot to avoid a nasty
cluster of bunkers at the dogleg and to avoid the water hazard that
lurks just through the fairway. Golfers will then be faced with
a mid-iron to the green protected to the left by a bunker and the
water hazard.
