The
most renowned of PGA National's golf courses, The Champion hosted
the PGA Seniors' Championship from 1982 to 2000. Originally designed
by Tom and George Fazio in 1981, Jack Nicklaus toughened up the
original layout in 1990. The course now boasts three of the ten
most difficult holes on the Senior Tour and is a "must play"
for all PGA National golf guests.
