Colony West, Tamarac, Florida
Rated
in the past by Golf Digest as one of Florida's Top 50 Best Public
Courses, this challenging layout designed by Devlin/Von Hagge features
water on 12 holes, significant mounding, deep pot bunkers guarding
large greens, and an abundance of pine and cypress trees. The signature
12th hole, an infamous 452-yard par four, was voted one of South
Florida's toughest holes. Located in Tamarac, 20 minutes from most
area hotels.

Bryan J. Wasserman, M.D. SAYS...
Very challenging Public course. The condition of the course
is excellent. The facility is very well run and tee off times
run on time. It is real jewel of a golf course in an area surrounded
by expensive private courses. Highly reccomend. |
