Highlands Reserve, Davenport, Florida

Info Restrictions Reviews Book A Tee Time

Set atop one of the highest areas of the state, Highlands Reserve is not your typical Florida golf course. This championship design by Mike Dasher gives you tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees dotting the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. Conveniently located just minutes from Walt Disney World and all major attractions, Highlands Reserve Golf Club is a Central Florida favorite! Since opening its doors in 1998, Highlands Reserve has been one of Golfpac's most requested courses by golfers worldwide, and customers continually rank its customer service, course conditions, and professional staff as top notch.

Course Reviews
Duke Williams says:
I played on 10/16. A fun course. The layout has some challenging holes, but what I really enjoyed was the elevation change. After playing mostly flat courses, it was really nice to be up on a hill with a nice view of multiple holes. The only quirky thing was the contours of some of the greens. 17, in particular, is really a bogus design, and several others certainly fit in the category of " definite challenge"
Rick Kramer says:
A very enjoyable course with an inexpensive surcharge. My group always plays here the first day of our annual trip to get ready for some of the tougher courses in the area. The conditioning has always been good. Wide fairways and very large greens help to shake off the winter rust from your game
J.C OLIVIER says:
Course is in good shape. The greens are not the most friendly if you have difficulty reading greens. There are lots of bends and quirks to the them. The 16th green needs to be redesigned. The starter told us that all of the course difficulty comes from the greens. This is a great course to get the rust off if you haven't played for a while.
CHRISTOPHER KOSTEK says:
A very nice course. It is both fun and challenging. The greens are wonderful. They keep them at a perfect speed. A must play for the price.
mark loutet says:
very enjoyable...pretty course , in good condition. not crowded by houses, has lots of evevation change. very different than most florida courses that are flat and have houses crowded along many fairways..highly recommended
Andy Helzer says:
One of my favorite courses in all of Florida...Have played half a dozen times and will come back for more...A true golf value...The conditions were excellent...
Ray SAYS...
Lipshitz told me that I've been hitting the ball hard all day....all day....so I broke out the whipsaw and aimed for a gate or rat dog but I didn't see one..... Nice course

Robert Lichey SAYS...
I had the pleasure of playing this course 2/21 while my family and I were on vacation. Not only was the course well laid out, the staff went out of their way to accomodate my niece and I. 18 holes, cart, rental clubs, lunch, and a challenge on every hole was well worth the $99. I will play this course again next time we are in Orlando. I recommend this course if you are ever in the area.
JOE SEPANEK SAYS...
From the reviews already posted, you either love this place or hate it. For our group it played very short, even from the tips. Greens were so-so. I suppose it's a good course to play for practice. Made for retirees or your first round of the year.
Scott Z. SAYS...
A fun course.Good value,as are most in comparison to the Seattle area.Friendly staff, but not much service on a Tuesday. It's worth a play.

allan dunlop SAYS...
