Eastwood, Orlando, Florida
Considered
to be one of Orlando's premier courses, Eastwood Golf Club was laid
out by the golf course design team of Clifton, Ezell, & Clifton.
Eastwood's challenging layout features open, rolling fairways bordered
by huge mounds and water on 14 holes. Numerous multi-level tees,
elevated greens, and deep pot bunkers are distinctive features.
Easily accessible, the club is within 20 minutes of most Orlando
locations, including the Orlando International Airport. Finally,
the club has one of the area's most friendly pro-shop staffs.

| Course Reviews |
Duke Williams says:
I played on 10/14. As it has been every time I have played,
the course was in great shape. I like it because a lot of the
holes really require smart ball placement, especially on the
90 degree doglegs. |
Bill Bailey says:
I played several courses on a resent trip to Florida and Eastwood
was by far the best. We played on 3-7-01 , the course was in
excellent condition. There is enough difficulty to make it challenging
yet not so hard that it is not enjoyable.I will make it a point
to play here every time I am in the area. Put this one on your
must play list. |
John Huether says:
We played this course on a cold Florida day. We enjoyed the
doglegs and variety of the holes. It was reasonably well kept
with greens that were faster than others we played on the week-end.
It is worth another visit. |
MARK DEFELICE says:
Played the course in late April. Was in nice shape. Greens were
a little slow. Didn't enjoy it as much as the other courses
we played. Prefered the serenity of the others as apposed to
the homes surrounding the course here. Alot of OB here making
a well placed tee shot a must. |
